Kasper & Associates Origin Story

Here’s a brief background on Kasper & Associates.

Years ago my Partner and I had won a contract with the Electric Power Research Institute (based in Palo Alto, CA) to construct a transmission tower testing operation in Haslet, Texas.  After several years of successfully managing the facility which we had built, General Electric Corporation approached us to purchase our company.  In 1983 a transaction was completed. 

Following my G.E. entrée into M&A work, I made the decision in 1984 to set up Kasper & Associates (K&A) to focus on providing M&A advisory expertise to privately-owned companies in North Texas.  For nearly four decades we have provided business valuations that result from time to time an engagement for a transaction.  K&A also advises on investor-provided capital and/or acquisitions for clients who want to grow and expand their business operations.
