C.F. Stinson LLC, based in Rochester Hills, Michigan, has acquired ANZEA Textiles, the Fort Worth contract fabric company which is known for leading edge colors, bold designs and high performance textiles.  Stinson has been a recognized leader for 70 years as a preferred source of commercial textiles.  ANZEA will maintain its operations and facilities in Fort Worth.

Kasper & Associates of Fort Worth facilitated the acquisition as ANZEA’s exclusive agent by first preparing an informative marketing package specific to ANZEA, followed by making the initial contact with Stinson and then providing expertise in structuring and negotiating terms of the transaction.  K&A Founding Partner Ed Kasper stated that “ANZEA partners Bruce Doeren and Mitzi Mills have built a remarkable company which now is a leading firm in their market niche.  ANZEA was a perfect fit for Stinson since they, like so many companies, were wanting a presence in Texas.”

ANZEA was founded in 1990 by Doeren and Mills.  Both will continue in leadership roles at ANZEA.  Mills said, “Bruce and I have enjoyed 30 amazing years of building the ANZEA brand and we are so pleased for our employees that Stinson will operate in Fort Worth.”  Glenn Stinson, Vice President of C.F. Stinson, remarked, “We are excited to welcome ANZEA’s very talented employees to the Stinson family of companies.  Mitzi and Bruce have built a great brand that is well respected in our industry for its exceptional product lines.  Combining ANZEA and Stinson represents the beginning of many great opportunities for both companies.”
