Associate Spotlight: Pat Higgins

Pat Higgins is a Senior Associate of Kasper & Associates since 1998.  Formerly with IBM for 25 years, Mr. Higgins has an extensive experience working with manufacturing, distribution and service companies primarily focusing on the petroleum, electronics, and high-tech industries.  Mr. Higgins also served as Vice President of Marketing for Novar Controls Corporation in Akron, Ohio, where he grew the business by 400% in three years positioning the company to be acquired by Honeywell.

• Former Client Executive with Critical Path Strategies providing training in sales leadership working with clients such as Electronic Data Systems and Sprint
• Volunteer with Texas Christian University’s M. J. Neeley School of Business and the Entrepreneurial Institute
• Certified mediator
• Member of the Military Order of the World Wars and coordinator of the “Thank a Soldier” program
• Recipient of the Patrick Henry award for Patriotism
